Every Marketplace ad, checked against your lot.
Sync with Facebook reads your Facebook Selling page, matches each live ad to its car, and shows you which ads need a look.

What it checks
What Sync tells you.
The facts buyers see
The price, kilometres and other details on each ad are checked against the car in DealerJet, so a look-alike car is not connected to the wrong ad.
The ad matches the car
The ad is linked to the car. With Update prices on Facebook on, automatic price updates run for it.
A detail differs
Both values are shown: DealerJet's under the car, Facebook's under the ad. Sure it is the right car? Press This is the car.
Sold here, still up there
The car is sold in DealerJet but its ad is still live on Facebook, or the other way around. Take the ad down, or mark the car available.
No proof yet
DealerJet could not confirm the ad. Press Add link and paste the ad's link.
The ad is gone
The car's ad is no longer on your Facebook page. Decide whether to post it again.
Why it matters
Wrong ads cost you buyers.
An old price, wrong kilometres or a sold car still up means messages your reps cannot close.
- Read only
Nothing changes on Facebook
Sync never posts, edits or deletes an ad, and you can keep working while it runs.
- Connections
One ad, one car
A Facebook ad can never be connected to two different cars at your dealership.
- Complete reads
No full read, no changes
If a Sync cannot read your whole Facebook page, it changes nothing in DealerJet and tells you so.
