DealerJet features.

Bring in your inventory, post it to Facebook Marketplace and keep every ad right. Every screen below uses demonstration data. DealerJet is not affiliated with Meta.

Inventory

Your dealer page is the source.

  • Paste your dealer listing page once
  • Photos, price, kilometres, trim, colours and specs come in
  • Refreshed every night: new cars and new prices come in
  • If your dealer page lists 10 or more cars, a car that leaves it is marked Sold in DealerJet and stops posting. Its Facebook ad stays up until you take it down.
  • Every car carries a status: Ready to post, Needs review, Queued, Posted or Sold
  • No CSV files, no DMS project

Supported today: AutoTrader.ca and CarGurus. Inventory sources

Posting

Facebook's form, filled for you.

  • Photos, price, year, make, model and mileage
  • Body style, condition, transmission, fuel, colours, title and description
  • Up to 20 photos in your order: pick them by hand, or let your photo formula choose

Your photo formula. Your dealer page may have 50 photos of a car, more than Facebook's photo limit, and the first few can all be outside shots. Type your photo numbers once, in the order you want, and DealerJet uses that order on every car you post. Or click photos on any car to pick its own.

Publishing

Three ways to post.

  1. Manual review. With Auto-publish off, DealerJet fills in Facebook's form. You check it and press Publish yourself.
  2. Semi-automatic. Click Post to Facebook Marketplace on a car, and DealerJet fills the form and publishes it for you, only when the car is complete. This is Auto-publish. It starts on for new users.
  3. Fully automatic. Scheduled posting sends your Ready cars out on their own, spaced out on your schedule. It needs Auto-publish on.
  • 1 to 10 posts a day, one at a time, at least your minimum gap apart, on the days, start time and time zone you pick
  • Queue the cars you want first; the rest go oldest first
  • Each rep posts from their own Facebook account, in their own browser

Sync with Facebook

Know what is really live.

  • One press reads your Facebook Selling page
  • Matches each live ad to its car, checking the facts buyers see
  • Mismatch found shows both values side by side
  • Flags sold cars whose ad is still up. It never edits Facebook.

How Sync with Facebook works

Price updates

New price on your page. New price on the ad.

  • Each rep can turn on automatic price updates
  • Only ads Connected to the car are changed
  • DealerJet then checks that the new price shows on Facebook
  • If DealerJet isn't sure an ad belongs to the car, it leaves the ad alone

More features.

Needs review

Incomplete cars wait

A car missing something Facebook needs, or with only one photo, waits with a tag that says what is missing.

Ad copy

Smart ad copy

DealerJet writes each description from the car's details. Edit it, or reword it in one click: what you see in your Ad Description box is what posts. Very long text is trimmed to Facebook's limit, and the vehicle page tells you. Warranty and financing lines print exactly as you type them.

Compliance footer

Dealer details on every ad

Added once at the bottom of every ad: your disclosure text, dealership name and Dealer # when entered, and the car's stock number when your dealer page lists one.

Team

Every rep on their own login

Unlimited reps on the Dealership plan. Owner, Admin and Rep roles. Each rep's name, phone and extension go in the ads DealerJet writes for them.

Per rep

Each rep's own description

Each rep can reword or edit their own description of a car, and their ads carry their own name and number.

Ad links

Every post connected

After each post DealerJet finds the new ad and connects it to the car. Missing one? Paste its link with Add link.

History

Carfax and inspection lines

Tick Carfax or safety inspection once, and every ad DealerJet writes says so, for example "Carfax report included". Tick them only if every car you sell comes with them.

What we are building next

Coming soonAuto-renew and repost. Aging listings renewed and reposted for you.

Coming soonAI photo backgrounds. Reps choose a clean generated background for vehicle photos. The car itself is never changed.

Coming soonSold cars marked sold on Facebook. When a car is marked sold in DealerJet, its Facebook ad is marked sold too, without a rep doing it by hand.

Coming soonMore inventory sources. More places to import from, beyond AutoTrader.ca and CarGurus.
