Facebook Marketplace for car salespeople.

DealerJet posts your dealership's cars to Facebook Marketplace from your own Facebook profile. It fills in Facebook's vehicle form for you, and your schedule keeps a gap between posts. Add your name and number once, and they go in every ad DealerJet writes.

  • Posts from your own Facebook account
  • 1 to 10 posts a day, spaced out
  • Built in Canada

Posting

Your dealership's cars, on your own profile.

Connect your dealership's online listing page once (on a Dealership plan, an owner or admin does this). Supported today: AutoTrader.ca and CarGurus. DealerJet imports the cars. Its Chrome extension fills Facebook's vehicle form for you.

  • Up to 20 photos per ad: pick them by hand, or let your photo formula choose
  • Price, year, make, model, kilometres, colours, transmission and fuel
  • Press Publish yourself, let Auto-publish do it, or post on a schedule
  • A car missing something Facebook needs waits in Needs review

Your ads

Your name and number, in every ad DealerJet writes.

Add your name, phone and extension once. DealerJet puts them in every ad description it writes for you, so buyers know who to call.

  • Your Ad Description box is what posts, footer added once
  • Your own description of each car: reword or edit it without changing a teammate's ad
  • Warranty and financing lines print exactly as typed
  • Footer: your disclosure, dealership name and Dealer # when entered, and the car's stock number when your dealer page lists one

Demonstration data. The warranty and financing lines are the demo dealer's own words.

A schedule that posts while you sell.

Switch on Scheduled posting and set it once. DealerJet posts your Ready to post cars on the days you pick, starting at the time you set, from your own Facebook account.

  • 1 to 10 posts a day, with a minimum gap between posts
  • Your queue first, then your oldest cars
  • Your posting days, start time and time zone
  • Runs in Google Chrome on your computer, while it is open

Keep it right

Keep prices right and spot sold cars still up.

Price updates

New price, same ad

Switch on Update prices on Facebook. When a price changes on your dealer page, the nightly refresh brings it in, and DealerJet changes the price on your connected ad, then checks that Facebook shows it.

Sync with Facebook

Know what is really live

One press reads your Facebook Selling page, matches each ad to its car, and flags wrong details and sold cars still up. It never edits Facebook. How Sync works.

Tips to sell more cars on Marketplace

Post complete, honest ads steadily and answer messages fast. DealerJet does the posting, so your time goes to the buyers.

Your car sits among plenty of others: Meta says 44 million vehicles are listed on Facebook Marketplace every month, worldwide (Meta, July 24, 2026).

  1. Reply fast. Turn on message notifications on your phone. Answer what buyers ask first: is it available, the price, and when they can see it.
  2. Fill in every field. Kilometres, colours, transmission, fuel and title answer a buyer's first questions. DealerJet fills each one it has.
  3. Use real photos of the actual car. Lots of them, strongest shot first. DealerJet posts up to 20 per ad, in the order you choose.
  4. Show an honest all-in price. In Ontario, the advertised price must include every fee except HST and licensing, and the ad must clearly say those two are extra (OMVIC Advertising Guideline, revised December 2, 2024). A footer line like "Price plus HST and licensing" says so. Other provinces have their own rules: see dealer ad rules on Marketplace in Canada.
  5. Keep every ad true. An old price or a sold car still up brings messages you cannot close. DealerJet updates prices on connected ads. Take sold cars down yourself; Sync flags any still live.
Get your dealer's OK first. In Ontario, OMVIC's guideline lets salespeople post on Facebook Marketplace with their own contact details, but only with the dealer's approval. Every ad must still show the dealer's registered name and contact information. Add your dealership's phone or address, as listed with OMVIC, to the footer disclosure (on a Dealership plan, your owner or admin sets it).
